Bad Dog Buzz Margarita
Dip Margarita glass brim into agave syrup then brim with Bad Dog Buzz salt; in a shaker, combine 1.5 oz 100% agave tequila, 1.5 oz Cointreau, 1 oz frozen limeade or fresh lime juice, 0.50 oz fresh orange juice, splash of beer ale, and cracked ice and shake until the exterior frosts; strain into a margarita glass over rocks or “up.” Can top with Grand Marnier. Garnish with a slice of lime.
The Salty Dog
Brim a highball glass with Bad Dog Buzz Salt; fill glass with rocks; add 2 oz vodka, 2 oz grapefruit juice; 1 oz simple syrup; stir. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Brim a rocks glass with Bad Dog Buzz salt. In the glasss, muddle 2 cucumber slices with 2 mint leaves, add ice, 1.5 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.75 oz agave nectar. Garnish it with a mint sprig.
Sweet Hot Buzz
Brim a glass with Bad Dog Buzz Salt. In a shaker, muddle 0.5 oz of pepper slices with a spash of lime juice; Add l.5 oz ginger vodka, 0.5 oz Pepper (small, de-seeded habanero pepper slice), 0.75 oz agave nectar, 0.75 oz lime juice and ice; shake and strain into glass. Garnish with candied ginger on the rim of the glass.
