Sweet Buzz

 

Monkey Buzz

Brim glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar, add ice, 1.5 oz Monkey Shoulder Scotch, 0.5 oz Sherry, 0.75 oz  Gifford’s Banana liqueur, 0.25 oz Ginger syrup, 0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup, 1.0 oz Lemon juice; stir.  Garnish with cinnamon sprinkled on top.

 

The Hyper Jack Russell

Combine 4 oz Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee (hot or cold), 1 oz Kahlua, 1 oz Frangelico and shake; add 1 oz Rumchaca, top with 2 oz of heavy whipping cream (40% fat content) topping; sprinkle Bad Dog Buzz Sugar on top.

 

Spicy Buzzer

Brim glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar, add ice; in a shaker add 1.5 oz  Mezcal, 0.5 oz Ancho Reyes chili liqueur,  0.5 oz  Pineapple, 0.5 oz Fresno Chili, 0.5 oz Mango Tea, 1 oz simple syrup, 0.5 oz Lime; shake and pour into glass.  Garnish with pineapple wedge.

 

Romping Rover

Brim glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar; in a shaker combine 1.5 oz Mezcal, 0.5 oz  Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, 1.0 oz fresh lime juice, 1.0 oz creme de cacao, ice; shake and pour in glass; sprinkle top of drink with cinnamon powder and chocolate powder.

 

Down Spot, Down!

Brim glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar; in a shaker, combine 2.0 oz  Vodka, 2.0 oz  Blood Orange, 2.0 oz  Chardonnay and ice; shake and strain into glass.  Garnish with orange slice.

 

Buzzing Hammered Mule

In a copper mug, combine 5 oz Hammered Mule Ginger Beer, 2 oz premium Vodka, 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice, brim glass with Bad Dog Buzz Bad Dog Buzz Sugar; garnish with mint leaves, and a lime slice.

 

Junkyard Dog Mojito

Brim a tall glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar.  In a shaker, muddle 7 mint leaves with 3/4 oz simple sugar cane syrup; add 1 oz fresh lime juice, 2 oz premium White Rum; shake, then add 2 oz Fresca.  Garnish with a lime slice and mint sprigs.

 

Unchained Sangria (straight from Madrid!)

Brim a tall glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar; place chopped fruit and crushed ice in glass.  In a separate glass, combine 1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon, 2 tsp of sugar, 1/4 cup Fanta orange, 1/4 cup Fanta lime or Fresca, a dash of Cognac/ Brandy, a dash of cinnamon; pour over ice.

 

Blood Orange Hammered Mule

Brim a copper mule mug with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and fill with ice; add 2 oz blood orange juice and juice from half a lime; add 1.5 oz vodka, 4 oz Hammered Ass Ginger Beer, squirt of lime.  Garnish with a slice of blood orange floated on top of the drink

 

Martini Buzzers

For each of these Martini recipes, brim the martini glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar; mix ingredients with ice in shaker and strain into martini glass.

  • Rasberrytini-2 oz raspberry vodka, 2 oz champagne, 1.0 oz peach puree

  • Grapefruitini-2 oz vodka, 1 oz red grapefruit juice

  • Camparitini-2 oz Campari liqueur, 1 oz red grapefruit juice

  • Tangytini- 1 oz lemon vodka, 1 oz raspberry liquer, 1 oz Fresca             

  • Lemon Basil Tea Martini– In a shaker, muddle basil leaves and half of the green tea; add 2 oz lemon vodka, another 0.25 oz green tea, 0.5 oz lemon juice           

The Flaming Frisbee

Brim a champagne glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar; add 1.5 oz chilled champagne, 1 oz orange juice, 0.5 oz peach schnapps.

 

Lemon Buzz

Brim a glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; in a shaker, combine 1.5 oz limoncello, 1.5 oz flavored lemon vodka, 1.5 oz lemon juice, 1.5 oz simple syrup; shake and pour over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

 

Bay Breeze Tingle

Brim a glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; add 0.5 oz Vodka, 4 oz Grapefruit Juice, Splash of Cranberry juice.

 

Caribbean Rum Pooch

Brim a glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; in a shaker add 0.5 oz lime juice, 4 oz orange juice, 4 oz pineapple juice, 1.5 oz dark rum, 1.5 oz light rum; shake and pour over ice.  Add a splash of grenadine for color.  Garnish with an orange slice.

 

Bahama Buzzer

Brim a glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; add 1.5 oz rum, 0.5 oz Kahlúa,1 oz fresh lemon juice, 3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice; mix; add a little grenadine for color.  Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

 

Misbehaving Mai Tai

Brim a glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; in a shaker combine 1 oz rum, 0.5 oz simple syrup, 0.5 oz triple sec, 1.5 oz Sweet & Sour mix; shake and pour over ice.  Garnish with a cherry.

 

Long Island Iced Treats

Brim a glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; in a shaker combine 0.5 oz Vodka, 0.5 oz White rum, 1 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz gin, 0.5 oz tequila, 0.5 oz triple sec, splash of simple syrup, splash of cola; shake and pour into glass.

 

Blue Buzzer

Brim a hurricane glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; combine 1 oz rum, 2 oz pineapple Juice, 1 oz Blue Curacao, 1 oz Creme de Coconut; stir.  Garnish with a cherry and a piece of pineapple.

 

Hurricane Buzzer

Brim a hurricane glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice; in a shaker combine 2 oz dark rum, 2 oz white rum, 2 oz Lime Juice,3 oz Passion Fruit Juice, 2 oz Pineapple Juice,   1 oz Orange Juice, 1 Tbsp Grenadine, ice and shake well; strain into iced glass.

 

Breeding on the Beach

Brim a highball glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar; build all ingredients (1.5 oz peach schnapps, 1.5 oz vodka, 2 oz cranberry juice, 2 oz orange juice, 2 oz pineapple juice) in the highball glass and fill with ice.  Garnish with an orange slice.

 

Painshot Killer

Brim a hurricane glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar.  In a shaker, combine 1 oz orange juice,1 oz coconut milk, 4 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz. rum, and fill with ice; shake vigorously and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.  Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

 

Canine Sunrise

Brim a Collins glass with Bad Dog Buzz Sugar and add ice.  Add 3 oz orange juice and 1.5 oz tequila to glass.  Add 0.5 oz grenadine syrup which will sink to the bottom.  Do not stir.  Garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry.
